Are you locked out of your account?

If you are locked out of your account, please email us at online@jarvisim.co.uk stating your surname, post code and account number.

We will unlock the account and email you a new temporary password which you will then need to change - please note that you may re-use a previous password.

Have you activated your account?

Before you can access our trading platform you must complete the online activation process.

Log on problems

Please ensure that the information you entered is accurate, and that your "Caps Lock" key is set correctly.

If you have forgotten your account number or are having difficulty, please call our Customer Service team on the number listed at the top of the page. They will ask you to confirm your account details for your security.

Log off

Always use the "log off" button to end your secure session correctly. Disconnecting from the Internet does not automatically log you off.
